Andrew Reed Garbarino (born September 27, 1984) is an American attorney and politician serving as the U.S. representative for New York's 2nd congressional district. He served as the New York State Assemblyman for the 7th district from 2013 to 2020. Garbarino is a member of the Republican Party.
Garbarino was among eight Republicans who voted for Gun control.[1]
He voted in favor of the farm amnesty bill.[2]
He was one of thirty-five Republicans to vote for the Partisan Hack resolution calling for an Investigation on Capitol Hill.[3]
Garbarino was among 47 Republicans to codify Obergefell V. Hodges (gay marriage).
