Ludlow Flower Jr. (November 15, 1918 in Denver, Colorado – February 25, 2008 in Glendale, California) was an American public official, real estate developer and film producer. He served on the Los Angeles Recreation and Parks Commission and Los Angeles Coliseum Commission during the 1960s Los Angeles Times; Oct 6, 1964 He was the executive producer of the 1961 film Five Minutes to Live^[1] starring Johnny Cash and Cay Forrester, who was Flower's wife. Flower also developed housing tracts in the rapidly developing San Fernando Valley during the 1950s. Ludlow Street in the San Fernando Valley was named for Flower.
