Charles M. Duell was a candidate for circuit judge for Division 7 of Arkansas's 4th Judicial District for Washington County.[1] He lost in the primary election, after winning only 15.10 percent of the vote, against candidates Gary Carson, Joanna Taylor and Steve Zega.

Joanna Taylor and Steve Zega will go on to compete in the general election as both of these candidates won a larger percentage of the vote.[2]
