Andrew P. Banks was a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California from 1998 to 2017. He was appointed to the municipal court by Governor Pete Wilson in 1997 and elevated to the superior court upon its creation on August 10, 1998. Banks retired in 2017.[1][2][3][4]
Banks received his undergraduate degree from California State University at Fullerton in 1972 and his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1979.[2]
Prior to joining the court, Banks was an attorney in private practice.[3]
